"This image is of Paul Holdway an Engraver who worked at the Spode
Factory in Stoke on Trent for over forty years until they went into
administration in 2008. Paul is something of an expert and Co-writer
of a book on Spode Transferware and a member of FOSM the Friends of
The Spode Museum Trust, A group who are trying to save the Spode Museum
and protect some of the neglected Cultural Heritage of Stoke on Trent.
This image shows Paul in a 200 year old part of the old factory with hundreds of abandoned unique moulds.
