Biography
Emily Mott has been shooting professionally for the past decade. After
attending Art Center School of Design in Pasadena, California; she lived
between Los Angeles and London but has recently settled in West Sussex.
She shoots mostly travel and portrait editorial for US and UK-based
magazines. Clients include The Telegraph Magazine, Conde Nast Traveller,
BA Highlife, Travel+Leisure, and Waitrose Food Illustrated. Mott lives
near Chichester with her husband and two children, Eleanor and William,
aged 3 and 1.
Statement
"I just moved to West Sussex a few months ago and it's a big change
from the cities I come from - London, LA and NYC. The shock of green
after years of tired city concrete is a wonder. I live on a farm in
the back of beyond and it is my hope that through this project, I'll
get more familiar with both the rural and urban aspects of this county."
