Biography
Andrew Newson was born in 1973 and has spent all of his life living
in the county of East Sussex, England.
He is a self-taught photographer, becoming more serious about art photography
over the last few years.
Andrew enjoys photographing environments and landscapes, especially
open spaces within rural areas.
Statement
"I count myself very lucky to live in a county that has so much
wonderful countryside to explore. Trees, open green spaces and recreational
areas are places that often appear in my images.
I'm hoping that 'What is England' will encourage me to open my eyes
even wider to the area that I am surrounded by, and that my images will
communicate my feelings about my environment."
